Himalayan Festival - Festival dell'Himalaia

Last week we decided to get more involved with the comunity, so to start out yesterday we went to the Himalayan Festival. It was definitly a different experience and we enjoyed.
La scorsa settimana abbiamo deciso di essere piu' coinvolti con la comunita', cosi' per iniziare ieri siamo andati al Festival dell'Himalaia. E' stata un'esperianza decisamente diversa ma l'abbiamo gradita.



I think the best part of coming here was that we got to go inside their temple which is very beautiful.
Per me la parte piu' bella di venire qui era andare dentro al loro tempio che e' molto bello.



This musician was very good, we really enjoyed the music he played.
Questo musicista era molto bravo, ci e' piaciuta molto la musica che ha suonato.



We didn't know that there were going to be animals there, so that was a nice surprise. This parrot was really good at repeating short words.
Non sapevamo che ci sarebbero stati degli animali, era una bella sorpresa. Questo pappagallo era bravo a ripetere parole corte.



And of course lots of Lamas. Alice loved them she kept reaching out to touch them, but Russ was too scared they were going to spit on him.
C'erano pure tanti lama. All'Alice piacevano tanto e continuava ad allungare la mano per toccarli, ma Russ aveva paura che gli sputassero addosso.



This was a pretty pond on the side of the temple with huge gold fish inside.
Questa era un bel laghetto in parte al tempio che aveva degli enormi pesci rossi.



The architecture of the temple is really awesome, and the view from the terrace also very beautiful.
L'architettura del tempio era veramente bella, e pure la veduta dalla terrazza.



The part that she enjoyed the most was running around like non stop.
La cosa che e' piaciuta di piu' ad Alice era correre in giro senza mai fermarsi.



Then she found out that there were these little holes on the wall and that she could see through them...she just kept talking and singing and looking through them, it was very entertaining.
Poi ha scoperto che c'erano questi piccoli buchi nel muro e che poteva vedere attraverso...non ha fatto altro che parlare cantare e guardare dentro, era molto divertente.
