Yellowstone Nation Park - Parco Nazionale dello Yellowstone

In the afternoon we entered the Yellowstone Park. Since we didn't have a lot of time we decided to go visit the main things and move fast.
Nel pomeriggio siamo arrivati allo Yellostone. Siccome non avevamo tanto tempo abbiamo deciso di visitare le cose principali e fare veloce.



First stop "Old Faithful" Geyser. We got there and we only had to wait for 30 minutes before the big show. It was cool to see it come alive.
La prima fermata al gayser "vecchio fedele". siamo arrivati li e abbiamo dovuto aspettare solo mezzora prima dello "spettacolo". E' stato bello vederlo eruttare.



Next we stoped at the Midwat Geyser Basin to see the hot spring water pools.
Poi ci siamo fermati a vedere le pozze di acqua calda.



This is the Grand Prismatic Spring. Amazing to see all the colors.
Questa e' la Grande Sorgente Prismatica. E' bello vedere tutti i diversi colori.

On the other side of the view point you can see many different colors down the canyon.
Dall'altra parte si possono vedere tante diverse rocce giu' per il canyon.

We drove by this petrified tree...I had never seen one!
Siamo passati in macchina in parte a questo albero pietrificato....non ne avevo mai visto uno!



Finally we arrived at the Mammoth hot Springs. It was getting late and cold but we still enjoyed these cool formations.
Finalmente siamo arrivati alle Sorgenti calde Mammoth. Era tardi ormai e faceva freddino ma era bello vedere queste formazioni spaziali.



Our camera died soon after this picture. We had a great day exploring new territory. There is only one word to describe this Park: AMAZING!
La macchina fotografica e' morta subito dopo questa foto. Abbiamo trascorso proprio una bella giornata esplorando nuovi territori. C'e' solo una parola per descrivere questo parco: SPETTACOLARE!
