Trip to Germany - Viaggio in Germania

Since I knew my parents were going to Germany for Claudio's baptism I decided it was a good idea to go with them and then leave to come back home from there.
Siccome sapevo che i miei genitori sarebbero andati in Germania per il battesimo di Claudio ho diciso che era una buona idea andare con loro e poi tornare a casa da li.



Nonno taught Alice how to play picaboo so, during the trip she played with me using a plastic plate.
Il nonno ha insegnato as Alice a face cucu cosi', durante il viaggio giocava con me usando un piatto di plastica.



After a long trip in the car we had the great idea to go at one of the amazing indoor pools germans have. We had a great time, Alice not so great, but Aunt Laura was so kind to hold her while I went down the slide many times with Mikela and the rest of the band.
Dopo un viaggio lungo in macchina abbiamo avuto la grande idea di andare ad una di quelle bellissime piscine che hanno i tedeschi. Ci siamo divertiti tanto, Alice un po' meno, pero' la Laura e' stata cosi' gentile da tenerla in braccio mentre io andavo su e giu' per lo scivolo con la Mikela e il resto della banda.


So cute with this swimsuit.
E' troppo bella con questo costume.



Saturday before the baptism we went on a walk downtown Frankfurt. It was cold but also very nice to enjoy walking with the cousins and spending time together.
Sabato prima del battesimo siamo andati in centro a Francoforte a fare una passeggiata. Faceva freddo pero' era bello camminare con i cugini e trascorrere tempo insieme.





Here is the whole band...that's eight kids and a lot of trouble. Alice loved to play with them and always having them around.
Ecco qui la banda al completo...otto bambini e tanti malanni. Alice adorava giocare con loro e averli sempre intorno.



Here she is practising her standing up skills...right in front of the TV.
Ecco che pratica stare in piedi...proprio davanti alla televisione.
